Server Offline

SEP 11 MR1
1. Client shows server to be offline
2. Server Client shows SEP Manager to be offline
3. Definitions aren't delivered to clients or server clients
4. Doing a test connection on SymantecEndpointSecurityDSN replies invalid username or password
Have reinstalled everything.  have referred to the communication troubleshooting.
This is on sbs03.  Followed best practices.  This in on a brand new system.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just wanted to let everyone know that, in my case the iusr_account was setup to deny logon during all hours.  after i granted access during all hours, it took a few minutes, but communications started.

I'm having this same problem.  When I go to a client, I only get a shield and the Troubleshooting tells me that the server is offline.

A little background, however.  I had to reinstall SEP, but it was to the same server, IP, DNS, etc.  I anticipated the clients to sync right back up.  I migrating and reinstalling to the client but all I get is a server offline.

This thing seems like a china mug; it's easily broken.

Any clues?
