Server Status Set to Offline on the Client
Before I start, I wanted to say that I have checked a ton of threads and none of them pertain to this issue. I am also running Symantec Endpoint Protection Version 11
Recently, a couple computers at a location stopped replying with the AV server. The policy serial numbers have remained the same but the server shows up as offline on both the client and server. I have the AV working with active directory as well. The OU that the computers are under has it's own set up policies and is not inheriting from the previous OU. The weird thing is that these computers were receiving policy updates not more than month ago and they randomly stopped working.
I have tried taking the SyLink.xml file from working computers on the same OU and tried copying to the non-updating computers and it still seems to not be working.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I would be more than happy to give more info if needed!
