Server wont appear in the console after deleting it

Hi guys,
I have deleted a server from the console but i cant get it to reappear.
I have booted via a different PXE NIC but still no joy. There is no OS installed as the disks were scrubbed and when I boot into WinPE it sits there waiting (it has connected as I can browse the express share)
Has anyone had this happen before?

Filters
You might check your filters in the console. Also, you might do a "simple search" in the filter and search for the serial number, MAC address, or even the IP address to see if it is hanging out somewhere in your console that you haven't seen. I've seen this happen on my console and I just had to poke around for a while until I found the duplicate machine.

i only have 40 servers in
i only have 40 servers in there and its happened with 2 servers now. They just wont reappear in the console.
I may need to log a call
