  • 1.  Service Account for SD7

    I am currently running the servicedesk with a domain account using the instruction in KB50197.  It is time to change the password and all attempts on our dev environment have failed.  Can anyone point me in the right direction for properly changing the service account?

    For what its worth, i tried that on the beta and it totally hosed the install.  The only way i got it back was a reinstall.  My 2nd idea was just to disable the account in the portal, but that also rendered the thing inoperable.

    When i loaded our production boxes with the release version, i went in and changed the domain account to something horribly complex before the install.
