  • 1.  Service Catalog Refreshing - not showing changes

    I have gone under the Admin menu to Service Catalog Settings and added some custom Web Form objects (with All Users having view access) and changed the description on a few others.  

    I go back to the user interface and my changes are not there.  In some cases the changes show up after some seemingly random amount of time, yet in other cases the changes seem to never show up for several hours if ever.

    Is this normal behavior?  Is there any way to get force the changes to show up right away?

    I am seeing the same thing.

    a quick restart of IIS and the Logicbase Services seems to fix it right up ...

    Thanks but I don't think its practical to be constantly restarting IIS when I have my entire IT department and the rest of the company using the web applications.
