    Hi All,

    Anybody know if the Service Desk 7 components are available in WF? I am looking to update some projects that currently use Helpdesk 6 components

    Service Desk 7 is built completely on Symantec WorkFlow.  Look for Servicedesk Group in your Components dropdown list. Also the Symantec Group might provide you with some additional Components.  If you don't see either/or, you might have to bring them forward via 'Import Components'
