Service Desk 7.1 (Group Aggregations bug) ?

Please can someone also confirm if this is a bug or working as designed?

When creating a standard report in Service Desk, we are trying to achieve the result "Average Time to Resolve an Incident"

As shown in the first screen shot (Standard Report), we have the column correctly displaying the Time taken to reach the Resolved Status. However the second screen shot (Result) shows that when we then choose Group Aggregations (Time to status from Starting description) and then choose to calculate 'Average' this then shows up as blank

Please advise
