  • 1.  Service Desk 7.1 - Log Viewer ?

    So, while trying to see why I cannot create an Incident ("An Error Occurred") - i tried to open the Log Viewer (It uses a separate one from the rest of the Altiris Suite)

     

    I get an Error 

    "Windows Cannot access the Specified Device, Path or File. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

     

    I tried going to the path and running the exe directly - same error.

     

    Logged in as DOMAIN admin - same error.

     

    Ideas ?

    Very odd, but if i run the same exes from the command line (Admin) it works ....
