  • 1.  Service Desk 7.1 - Report on who submits incident

    I am trying to create a report that will show me who submitted the incident.  We are using this system to do ticketing for 2 different Service Desk Teams and want a way to track which team is creating which tickets for end users.

    I have tried using originator, created by and neither work for this scenario.

    Under Incident Management, there is an option to Add Custom Incident Data.  Click that, and then hit the Add button and choose submitted_by.  That will give you the email address of the submitter.

    I'm looking for tickets submitted by the user who is logged in.
