This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi

In Service Desk 7.5 we done installation successfully and added proper licenses.

But still when administrator going to open any incident it showing license cout error.

Find attachment of the same.

Check your SMP credentials on the Credentials tab of Windows Explorer. This is how SD communicates to the SMP to collect license information.

SD also delievers a License Status manager tool you can use to check your license status. It should be under the Workflow Designer - Tools menu under the Start menu.

Yes its resolve by giving SMP credential properly.
