  • 1.  Service Desk Delegation Working?

    Has anyone got this to acutally work?  Its very simple to setup but nothing re-routes when I setup delegation.  Is it because I have setup Initial Routing rules under Automation Rules?

    I also have tried delegation and not seen it re-route.  I hope someone will be able to post an answer.

    Task delegation actually doesn't re-route anything. Tasks will still be assigned to the original owner, the person they're delegated to simply can work with those. As opposed to the default behaviour where you can't work with someone else's tasks.
