Service desk Incident history tables

Hi ,

I want develope turnaround time report in service desk v7 for all incidents based on groups.

eg:

if more number of  workers are worked on tickets i want develope repot  in  each queue how much time  the ticket ticket is there   .

this report i want develope, i am not  getting history tables in Symantec service desk.

if any body come across this please help me to develope this report.

The creation of history tables, like what is available in the SMP, isn't available with ServiceDesk & Workflow.  All information is left in the default tables with no mechnism to move them to historical tables or to purge the old data.
