Does anyone know how works the localization in Service Desk 7.1
I found some translation files for Portal (inside the folder Workflow\PortalManager\AppGlobalResources)
but I found nothing about workflow.
I need to change some translation for the IncidentGeneralForm and I would like to avoid changing the value directly inside the flow (in this case I won't be able to use the multi language anymore :(
