Our Budget Office is requesting a Service Desk report that I have not been able to create. We are looking for the following:
Incidents by Contact Department / Category / Calendar Date (year-mo-day) / Title with the ability to filter on the Date range.
I used IT Analytics to build a report that sucessfully give me all of the information but it includes all incidents. I do not know how to set a filter on the date range. We need to be able to set the date range to a variable like "last 6 months".
Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks.
