I have a customer that is having some general problems in BE 12.0 SBS and I'm trying to patch it up (currently running SP1).  When trying to install SP3 or SP2, the install fails with this log file generated:

***Failed to write a message to the log server
    Entering PatchSetup.exe***Failed to write a message to the log server
    Command Line: /NAME:BEWS 12.0.1364 Service Pack 3 (32-bit) /UI:NONE

Can anyone please help me troubleshoot this?  SBS 2003 w SBS SP1 and Windows Server 2003 SP2.
