Service Symantec Private Branch Exchange is stopped

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I try to collect some logs file from command vxlogview -p 50936 -o 103 -t 24:00:00 >pbx_log.txt but got below error. Can someone help me?

Can we assume that "Service" refers to a Windows server?
If so, please check Event Viewer System and Application logs.
Please also check which Anti-Virus sofware is installed - we have seen in the past that McAfee kills NBU services.
