Hi
How can i edit the Classification("Click here do classify" /Hardware or software or internet) in the SubimitIncident(Advanced) ?

Are you looking to add/edit the different classifications? This is handled in the Process Manager portal. Go to Admin - Data - Hierarchy Data Services. Expand the Process you want to change on the left and edit with the lightning bolt icon on the right (after you click a catagory). They take a little while to appear but you can reset IIS to get them to show up in the forms more quickly.
