ServiceDesk 7.1 not working properly in IE11
We have ServiceDesk 7.1 sp2 running. Our clients have recently been upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7, and they're running Internet Explorer 11.
Several of our users (but not all) experience odd behavior in ServiceDesk. The lists, such as "Task Assignments" and "Tickets", have black borders around the tables. When this happens, they cannot expand any collapsed part of the list. Clicking on the [+] icon next to the grouping seems to cause a postback, but it does nothing. Other users see the tables without those dark black borders, and they can expand the groupings just fine, even using the same browser version.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on and what we can do about it? We have several technicians who cannot see their tasks assignments and cannot work their tickets.
