Servicedesk 7.1 Post installation Permission error

Hi
I am doing servicedesk 7.1 installation with local administrator user credintial and i am facing error in post installation of SD.
Kindly find attachment of the same.

Hi,
You need domain admin and in the database SA user permission.

I already using domain admin account my problem gets resolved after installing servicedesk on different server. Previous we were trying to install SD on same NS Server
