  • 1.  ServiceDesk 7.1 SP1 Automatic loggin With AD

    hi i am in search of generating authentication ServiceDesk automatic logon by the user credentials in Active Directory.
    Is there any way to do it? how to follow the Symantec Automatic Pass througth but I can not logonearme automatically with users from a client XP.

    architecture:
    Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 SMP1 with Servicedesk 7.1 Sp1 (database onbox)
    DC Active Directory 2003
    Windows XP client

    But in the server the automatic loggin it work?

    I have been able to make editing the IIS ProcessManager \ WindowsAuthentication.ASPX using NTLM. but in windows xp client y couldnt

    Hello ADG , what worked for me was adding ServiceDesk server to Trusted Sites zone in the Internet Explorer Tools-Security options.  Win 7 client doesn't need this setup.
