ServiceDesk 7.1 SP2 Default admin password

This issue has been solved. See solution.

During the install, the guide says to not change the default "admin@symantec.com" password. What is the password set to by default?

Unless, I'm missing something, that tool doesn't help. It asks for the old password, which I don't have, to set a new password.

I think that the password is admin
