  • 1.  ServiceDesk 7.1 Subtasks with WorkFlow

    Hi all,

    I don't have problem to create Incidents in ServiceDesk 7.1 with WorkFlow, using the SubmitIncidentComponent from library SD.Components.dll.

    I would like to create a Subtasks inside the Incident  but I can’t find the component that create it.

    you can create a subtasks from WorkFlow? (the goal is avoiding users interface)
