  • 1.  ServiceDesk 7.1.2 MP1.1 is not showing correctly the embedded images

    Hi,
     
     
     
    We are actually operating a ServiceDesk 7.1.2 MP1.1 platform and our users are embedding screenshots to explain faster their problems as shown below:

    It's really annoying as almost of our users are doing it and we have to save all the documents and open them externally.

    We asked our external Altiris onsultants to correct the problem but they told us that the problem is coming from the HTML parser itself and the engine have to be fully rewritten.

    We were counting on the MP1.1 version to correct it but no luck for us..

    We are sure that we are not the only company which have this problem. We can't believe this.

     

    Does anyone solved the problem?

    If you didn't succeeded, how did you managed to work around this problem?

    Frederic were you able to figure out how to fix the embedded image issue?

    Hi WDRAIN1,

    Oh yes...

    The support explained me that there is no solution and they will purely abandon the image integration in the next versions as they are not able to fix the problem in general.
