ServiceDesk 7.5 - All User Permission deny all to access submit problem

    Hi Fellas,

I am quite new into service desk 7.5

With default permission in SD 7.5  "ServiceDesk.Services.Items.ReportProblemwe have added user group in "DirectoryCategoryEntryPermissions".

The idea is to hide end user from seeing submit problem item and the rest of other group can see Problem submit. The issue is when i have added "ALL User to deny all" and added support and other groups that need to see Problem submit item to ''Allow all"  its totally hide the all user group from seeing Problem Submit.I would appreaciate if there is way to solve this.

    Thank You

    _Ramlan_

To do this, you would not want to add a "Deny All" permission to the Submit Problem service catalog. Instead, you should go to "Admin -> Users -> Accounts -> List Groups". Once there search for All Users and remove the ServiceDesk.Services.Items.ReportProblem permission.

Once that permission is removed from the All Users group you will need to specifically grant that permission to other groups that should be able to submit problem tickets.
