ServiceDesk 7.5 - All User Permission deny all to access submit problem
I am quite new into service desk 7.5
With default permission in SD 7.5 "ServiceDesk.Services.Items.ReportProblem" we have added user group in "DirectoryCategoryEntryPermissions".
The idea is to hide end user from seeing submit problem item and the rest of other group can see Problem submit. The issue is when i have added "ALL User to deny all" and added support and other groups that need to see Problem submit item to ''Allow all" its totally hide the all user group from seeing Problem Submit.I would appreaciate if there is way to solve this.
