ServiceDesk 7.5 Download

I might just be too impatient here but I have my new serial numbers for SD 7.5 and I have read nearly all of the documentation at least once. We're running SMP 7.1 SP2 but can not download the installer for ServiceDesk Solution. In fact, it isn't even an option in SIM. The last time the product listing has been updated was October 3. Has anyone been able to download and install SD? I've tried refreshing the product listing but it doesn't change, which is what I think the issue is, either I'm looking at an older product listing or it hasn't been updated to reflect the new installations, hence the impatience part.

Have you tried dropping/readding the location to the default PL file? This might "kick SIM in the head" to load the latest.

When you open SIM, and select Settings > Change Product Listing, how many Product Listing entries do you see? Also, what is the URL for the Product Listing(s) that is there? I expect you should see What is the PL refresh interval set at?

When you are in the base SIM Settings page, you should see a About Symantec Installation Manager link. If you click on that, what build of SIM are you using?

gBBB is right on the money.  I had to update my PL to and everything showed up properly.

That was it. I had to change the XML to v2 and then SD 7.5 showed up! Thanks for the help!
