ServiceDesk 7.5 how to create email template using conditional formatting

Hello,

 

I'm trying to configure our email notifications in SD to use conditional formatting based on priority (similar to how 6.9 does it) when an incident is submitted. Has anyone tried doing this yet? Also, does 7.5 not support CSS? Code seems to get stripped when using the web interface builder. Help please!!
