    Hello,
I created a custom project for automatic closure of incidents. I used "Send complete workflow message" component with ToIncidentClosureMessage type (Like in the Sd.Closeindidents projects in SD 7.1)

I ran it once in debug mode - and now i get every 30 seconds the following error in the log viewer:

    Application Name : SD.IncidentManagementSimple
    Process ID : 2568
    Date :24.12.2012 19:47:33
    Log Level :Error
    Log Category :LogicBase.Core.Models.Workflow.WorkflowServices
    Machine Name : xxxxxxx
    Message :
message recieved to close a component that does not allow to be closed

Is there any option to delete this message?

I wish I had some info on this and maybe you have more now. I now receive this message a few times every 20-30 seconds. It started happening after I used the "Resolve/Close Multiple Incidents" workflow inside of SD.

Check "Allow Exit Via Message Monitoring" (Message Listeners tab) for the offending workflow component and it should go away. Unsure how this would affect the entirety of the SD flows, however.

If this is occurring from one of the locked down flows in 7.5, I'd raise this to Support.

As this error is being generated by SD.IncidentManagementSimple there isn't anything that I can change. However, after a quick response from Support, I was also told that these will eventually go away on their own and are causing no issues with the console or the functioning of the SD at all.
