    Hi,

    I have a customer that has 8 different locations world wide that will use Service Desk.

    The Server is installed in Istanbul (UTC +2 with daylight saving). Users in the IT located in South Africa log changes for different location this means they have to workout the time in the location the change will happen.

    Is there a way to log changed as UCT time only?

    All dates stored by the system will use the time zone of the SQL server used by Workflow. The only option available as far as time zones goes is either to have the system convert the date saved to the time zone of the user or not.
