    Hello,

I require some assistance logging into the ServiceDesk Process Manager web page. When I try logging in I get the following message, "Invalid Username/Password".

    None of these credentials work:

    1. The credentials I used to install ServiceDesk: Domain\AdminName
    2. admin@symantec.com, password admin
    3. admin@logicbase.com, password admin

Can anyone provide any ideas about how I can log in?

    Cheers,

    Cameron

    Did you try only

    User name :admin@logicbase.com

    Password :admin

Check below articles for reset passwod

How to change Administrator User (admin@logicbase.com in 7.0, 7.1 and 7.1 SP1 or admin@symantec.com in 7.1 SP2) password after installation?

Thanks James. The password change process helped me identify the correct username syntax.

When the username was added during the installation process it only accepted domain\AdminName.

When logging into the Process Manager the username has to be adminname@domain but not adminname@domain.com.au. The format for the domain is like a netbios domain name and not a FQDN. This is what tripped me up.
