Adding web parts/reports to my Technicans Dashboard. After logging out and back in the report not longer exists.

Can you post a screen shot of what the Technican Dashboard look like on the second log-in?

Does the user who you are logging back in with have permissions on the report? A new report only has the permission of the creating user and a copy report will keep the persmissions of the report it was copied from.

The users in our environment should have permissions. I know for sure I have the proper permissions.
