ServiceDesk 7.5 subtask templates not respecting layout

Hi all,
When creating/managing subtask templates in ServiceDesk 7.5, you can enter task text desired.
It seems that once saving the template/subtask, it is not respecting the line breaks entered, making it sometimes very difficult to read if using a lenghty description.

Unfortunately that works (I hate the following sentence) "As designed".
The text box component which has been used there does not keep line breaks and as you cannot modify that workflow anymore, you can't change that behaviour. You can try to create a feature enhancement request in the "ideas" section or contact support.
