    hello I'm having an incident with ServiceDesk and SMP.
    When I go to the Manage tab / Computers and select the computer, I click view incidents and put right I can not see any incidents of this computer.

    I created the ticket in ServiceDesk 044 where I put "equipement" and selected the computer solved the ticket but I could not see a ticket assigned to that team within the SMP console (manage / computer) -
    What steps should be performed to see the incidents assigned to that computer?
    I'm forgetting to do some other procedure? I need it analytics license?
