ServiceDesk Customization Guide ?

This what the release notes say about it.

The Documentation page, which is available from the Help link in the ServiceDesk portal or at the following URL:

When you open the Documentation page, look for the section that applies to this product.

I know it was included in the Beta documentation.

Right, but if you scroll down to "ServiceDesk" on the Documentation page, there is no listing for  the ServiceDesk Customization Guide or Customization Guide. The link I had in my original post points to the same documentation page you reference.

Maybe its just waiting final signoff or something to be published to the Documentation page ... *shrugs*

If it already exists (I just checked, it did not) I reconn this is the place to monitor

There's also mention of a "Symantec Workflow Best Practices Guide" on Page 14 of the Customization Guide. I didn't see that listed on the documentation page ( http://www.altiris.com/Support/Documentation.aspx ) like it mentions.
