    All -

     

    I'm running SD 7.1 SP1 on a 2008 Enterprise server and looking through my logs, I've been getting a lot of the followiing errors:

    Error,Tuesday, November 08, 2011 12:16:45 PM,Exception in Technician Incident Process  Component Name:Terminating Form Builder  Message: Cannot redirect after HTTP headers have been sent.  StackTrace: System.Web.HttpException: Cannot redirect after HTTP headers have been sent. at System.Web.HttpResponse.Redirect(String url, Boolean endResponse) at LogicBase.Core.Models.Dialog.ASPXDialogExecutionDelegate.Execute(HttpContext context, DialogState state) at LogicBase.Core.Models.Dialog.AbstractDialogExecutionDelegate.LogicBase.Core.ExecutionEngine.IExecutionDelegate.Execute(IData data, IOrchestrationComponent component, String& outputPath, IExecutionEngine engine, TLExecutionContext context) at LogicBase.Core.ExecutionEngine.AbstractExecutionEngine.RunComponent(TLExecutionContext context, IData data, IOrchestrationComponent comp)

     

    Any help ?

    How is your Active Directory sync set ?

    Depending on which workflow you are getting the error(s) from:

    TECH167191: Repeating errors in SD.IncidentManagement logs referring to the "Terminating Form Builder" component

    TECH167187: Repeating errors in SD.IncidentEscalation logs referring to the "Error Page" component

    This should get a proper fix in Workflow 7.1 SP2 (and ServiceDesk 7.1 SP2).
