    Hello,

     

    I am trying to create a report that shows how long time it took for an incident to get resolved, any ideas on how to do this? Is there any way to get the time in between process started and process ended in a column?

    Hey Julia,

     

    Try using the Process Status History datasource from the left hand side of the report builder, then filter with Open and Resolve status' only. That should expose some extra columns that allow you to create the report you're after.
