At one point in time, this was working, but is no longer working and I'm not aware of what changes may have taken place (besides Windows Updates). Application Licenses is showing as 0 and GeneralLicenseAvalibility is unchecked. SMP 7.1 has ~70 ServiceDesk licenses loaded into it. When loading the License application, I get the following errors in the Application Event Log:

ServiceDesk is configured to connect over SSL using FQDN to the Symantec Management Platform for licensing information. The ServiceDesk installer version is 7.1.0.14.
I first noticed this issue when attempting to review another user's ticket that they opened. I briefly see the ticket before ServiceDesk redirects to a page indicating that the license count is 0.
