Can anybody tell me if all services of Symantec Exec 12 should run using Domain Admin Account or under local system account of the server itself?
 
 
Secondly, what are the port and firewall requirements to install Backup Exec Client on client machines from the Server?

It's best to create a dedicated service account for BE. During the installation process the account will automatically be granted the required privileges.

I'm not sure about the answer to your second question.
