If you are in the Deployment Server Console, then right click on the computer you want to change the IP address of an click on Configure. Then click TCP/IP. Set the IP address to Manual, enter the IP address, then the DNS address and click OK. Now some options to be aware of would be the checkbox for Reboot after configuration. If checked, you guessed it, the system will reboot after the IP address has been set. Could be very annoying for a user who hasn't saved their information for the past hour and then suddenly looses everything.
