    Hello,

    I'm using Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager v11.  I would like to be notified via email when certain events occur such as when a client attempts to download a virus.  I went in to monitors and set up several notifications that I thought would do the trick, but when I download the eicar.com test virus, my workstation finds and deletes it but I do not receive an email and I don't see it listed when I view notifications in the Endpoint Projection Manager app?

    What notification condition do I need to set up to get this to work or is there a better way to accomplish this?

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager: EICAR events don't send Email Notifications

    Uncheck "Delete EICAR events".
