Details:
Run the following command from the CCS Management Server and verify that it lists the required HDS arrays in its output (which are supposed to be monitored by Tuning Manager and CCStorage.)
Note: "abby" is the Tuning Manager Server IP address or hostname in the below example.

# export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/VRTSobc/pal33/lib
# /opt/VRTSccs/VRTShal/bin/vxhtnmcli /server="abby" /listmonitoredarrays /port=23015

VENDOR = [HITACHI]
MODEL = [Thunder 9580V]
ARRAYSERIALNUMBER = [5035]
ARRAYSTATUS = [0]
VENDOR = [HITACHI]
