Endpoint Protection

We are using SEP 11.0.5002.333 and we have a very large file share server and our scan is running from midnight to 6pm the next day. We would like to scan the C: partition every night plus one extra partition every night rotating that partition from night to night so that we get all partitions in at least once during a week. We have been unable to find a way to do this in scheduled scans can someone please lead us in the right direction if this is possible?

You can specify a scheduled custom scan and select all the default custom scan locations as partition C:

You can create a custom scans in the client GUI for this.
