Can someone point me to the steps to configure the SMTP server for archiving. Documentation refers to this capability but there are no details on how to configure the archive server.

an email archive server can be configured using the mail policy. A a policy action you can choose "send email to an archive server" in any mail policy you can create under the "Actions" tab.
