    Hi Guys,

     I wondered if there was any way of documenting settings of the Brightmail. Policies, notification settings and so on. We now do it manually but thats kind of timeconsuming.

     In the old days for example another product SMS for exchange had a handy page you could request on the installation that gave you a nice report we could use in our documentation.

     Any help appriciated.

    That would be a nice enhancement request.

    A diagnostics package from the Symantec Brightmail Gateway (SBG) software, besides being very helpful in troubleshooting issues, is a good record ofconfiguration. 

    For details on how to use the diagnostics command, please see page 610 in the Symantec Brightmail Gateway 8.0 Administration Guide.
