We use SEP 12. We have a SEPM console with several licenses (3 licenses). I would like to know how can I configure client PCs to have a specific license.

So I have to install different SEPM console for each license number I have.
if you want to specify license specify sep client you need to install different SEPM.
If you want a specific license from a specific SEPM than you would need to install the SEPMs separately. Otherwise, if you have them configured for failover/load balancing, the license will come from one of the three.
