    Hi folks,

I keep getting these errors, any thoughts on how I can get rid of them?

you have proxy enabled? whats the version of your SEPM?

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) homepage shows "No data, ..." in "Security Response" box.

    Hi

    Version 11.0.5002.333

    No proxy enabled.

It looks like you might have mixed threads?

    No :)

the above document says the same error msg

    Unknown Exception in: com.sygate.scm.server.util.securitydata.VirusData

    thats why asked you :)

    open sepm
    click on admin
    servers
    local site
    properties
under liveupdate keep the content revisions to lower value say "10"
restart symantec endpoint manager service, check if you are getting the same error msg.

Thanks for the response, I didn't notice the same log entry.

I checked and I've already set the content revisions to 10.

But I do have proxy servers in my environment if that makes any difference.

Thanks for the response.  I won't be able to reboot the server until later in the day.  But I did set up my proxy setting in the SEPM console.

Check out the document linked above.  If the proxy server is blocking securityresponse.symantec.com this message can result.

Whether your SEPM is up to date?
You can find this information in SEPM console.Go to Admin--->servers---->local site--->show liveupdate downloads.

    My database validation fails.

    Weejl,

If this has nothing to do with the original issue, you would benefit from creating a new thread.

Also: please provide more information.  Not everyone can see your case.
