SFS fs ERROR V-288-672 NFS shared file system cannot be offlined.

Hi Experts,

I am trying to make a rollback FS offline but keep getting this error. 

SFS01> storage fs offline fs1-dump
SFS fs ERROR V-288-672 NFS shared file system cannot be offlined. 

Appreciate any expert here can shed some lights. Thanks.

Hi Leon,

Generaly this will be because the filesystem will need to be unmount from any clients before you can umount it locally.  On Solaris you can check /etc/rmtab and it will have a list of all the clients that have NFS mounts from this host.  Check and see if any have this filesystem mounted.
