What could be the possible reason for Shadow Copy Components failure with Error code 24.Any idea please?

Normally we used to get Shadow Copy Components failure with 13,50 and 71. but today we have got large numbers of Shadow Copy Components failure error with 24.Can it be related to network issue any how !
