Hello All,

Sharepoint scan is not generating incident. When scan run on NAS with same policy it is generating incidents.

Is there someone who faced any such issue and had a fix. Appreciate any advice on this issue.

I am using version 11.1.2 of DLP

Haseeb,

You are using an Older Version of DLP and there might be issues with the SharePoint scanning working on newer versions of SharePoint.

1. What version of SharePoint are you using?
2. You will need to make sure it is compatible with DLP V11.1.2.
3. Read the DLP Admin guide on how to sewtup a SharePoint scan or read the ONLINE help. It has all the info you need.
4. There are 2 different ways to scan SharePoint. Both require some work to be done on the SharePoint Servers FIRST!
5. Did you install the SharePoint WPS plugin on the SharePoint Server?

I am enclosing the section for the SharePoint scanning, but this is for version 11.5 and 12.0. Though some of this should be applicable.
