Shared Mailbox Problem.

Hello
We are using Outllok 2003 with Exchange 2003SP2 anlong with Entreprise Vault 8 SP3. We currently have a pproblem where a number of users have shared mailboxes configured in Outlook along with their own mailbox.
If they try to open an archived email from their own mailbox it opens fine, however, if they try to open an archived email from the shared mailbox it opens in the web browser, I have check and they have rights to access the archive of the shared mailbox.
I have tried modifying the Desktop Policy Item - Allow scripts in Shared Folders to be - Forced on but this makes no difference.
Can anyone please advise what needs to be done to get them to open in Outlook rather than the browser.

Hi Pat,
how exactly are you opening your shared archive items?
If you are using Archive Explorer you can set the behaviour on a per-user basis by clicking Settings withing Archive Explorer and choosing to view archived items using "Microsoft Outlook", rather than "Web broswer".

Just clicking on the shortcut
Just clicking on the shortcut that is visible in the Outlook and then it opens in the brwser instead of Outlook
