    What is the exact SEP version? What components are in use?

    Well as a test, fully disable SEP and see what the result is.

    Not by that name, no. Are you seeing additional errors or something else? At this point we're just taking guesses. What about running the symhelp tool?

    check the firewall rule

    SEP 12.1 blocks file sharing traffic
